DESCRIPTION
This training offers providers practical tools and strategies to support resilience and healing among immigrant and refugee


WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Providers working with immigrant and refugee families; providers working with young children ages 0-5 and their families.
families through movement-based approaches. Participants will learn simple, accessible techniques to reduce stress, build resilience, and foster connection — easily integrated into daily life across ages, settings, and cultures. Providers will walk away with practical tools to support emotional well-being, hope, resilience, community, and family connection through movement.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Participants will be able to:
+Describe the mind-body connection and its impact on mental health
+Identify and practice accessible movement-based techniques that support resilience
+Discuss strategies to integrate movement into daily routines for long-term resilience
