Alejandra serves as the lead Community Health Worker for the International Clinic and Pediatric Human Rights Collaborative East Bay at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support children and families by identifying social determinants of health and linking them to culturally responsive community resources.
With more than ten years of experience in community health and care coordination, Alejandra is committed to advancing health equity and improving access to care. Her work focuses on reducing barriers, strengthening community partnerships, and promoting stability and positive health outcomes for the families she serves.
