DESCRIPTION
Leaving one’s home country, especially in traumatic circumstances, requires tremendous courage and optimism. It most often involves relational ruptures, loss, and adversity, which can have profound consequences on early childhood development, attachment, and health. This webinar will acknowledge the interpersonal and systemic trauma most immigrants have overcome, and will invite you to identify and use the strengths and cultural wealth within them to be well.
