DESCRIPTION

This training focuses on preparing providers working with immigrant and refugee communities with practical strategies to offer support during times of uncertainty. Participants will explore how Legal Link provides legal referrals and resource support tailored to the unique challenges faced by immigrant families and their service providers. Additionally, Partnerships for Trauma Recovery will share methods for mental health support. Finally, participants will learn strategies to acknowledge and build on the resilience and strengths inherent in immigrant families, fostering empowerment and positive outcomes in their communities.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Providers working with immigrant and refugee families, providers working with young children ages 0-5 and their families.
